Office Cleaning Supervisor
We are recruiting for a Supervisor to join our Office Cleaning Division. This is a permanent position with at least 30 hrs p/w.
Our base is in Renfrewshire, so our ideal candidate will live in this area to facilitate the early starts.
You will receive a very competitive salary, which is negotiable based on your experience.
Job Description
The role involves:
- overseeing the cleaning of commercial premises for existing & new clients in Glasgow, Renfrewshire & South Lanarkshire
- supervising a small team & ensuring all work is completed to the required standards
- conducting regular cleaning audits
- communicating with clients to answer questions & ensure a great customer service
What We Are Looking For
Our ideal candidate will have:
- at least 2 years experience in the cleaning industry
- good communication skills
- experience in training staff
- excellent attention to detail
- supervisory experience essential
- driving license
- be able to start at 5am
