Information collected when you place an order

Mandatory information

When you place an order for goods or services over the phone, we collect your name, email address, phone number (or mobile phone number), billing address, shipping address, payment card details, company name (if applicable), VAT number (if applicable) at checkout.

If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to purchase goods or services from us on our website or enter into a contract with us.

Processing your payment

After you place an order over the phone you will need to make payment for the goods or services you have ordered. Your payment will be processed by Stripe.

Stripe are located in the United States of America. Information relating to the processing of your payment is stored outside the European Economic Area on our third party payment processor’s servers in the United States of America.
